Fan Falls 30 Feet From Second Deck At Ballpark

A male fan fell from the second deck into the field level seats section during the fifth inning of Tuesday night’s game between the Texas Rangers and Cleveland Indians.

The unidentified male fell 30 feet after leaning over to snare a foul ball. Paramedics were rushed to scene and the male was escorted out on a stretcher. According to reports, players looked noticeably shaken up during the 16 minute delay.

Stay tuned for more information on the fan’s condition and the outcome of Tuesday night’s game.

Update: Just moments after posting this horrific news, word comes out of Dallas that the man is 'responsive and moving'. Whew. Hopefully a broken bone or two is the absolute worst that comes of the potentially awful incident. Now, back to baseball while we keep our fingers crossed for more good news.

Because he appears to not be in critical condition, take a listen to the radio call if you're so inclined.

And finally, here's a series of photos of the injured man as well as the frazzled players.
