The awesome thing about a seven game lead is that you can lose a game and still be at least six games up. I know that goes without saying, but saying it can remind you how little today’s game actually matters.â†µ
Sure, it sucked to watch. But the Rangers were unlikely to sweep the series, even a split is worth being happy about (and that’s obviously clinched), and this was the most likely game to lose.â†µ
Really, I’m kind of happy that I was more bored than angry watching that game. The lead has gotten to where single losses just don’t affect me the way they did a month ago.â†µ
