The Texas Rangers have come to agreements with both their first round selections, outfielder Jake Skole who was selected 15th overall and catcher Kellin Deglan who was selected with the 22nd pick according to Evan Grant of the Dallas Morning News.
That the Rangers signed both picks so quickly shouldn’t be much of a surprise. General manager Jon Daniels said that they were looking towards signability with their draft picks.
