That's not pace, that's total. Just seven runs behind a year that we all fell in love with, and we're not even through June. He's at 3.1 wins above replacement after last night, and he was at 3.8 all of 2008. After what happened last year, that's is beyond encouraging.

Remember when I said Hamilton might be having close to as good a year now as he did then? At this point, that's seriously underrating him.
