In any case, they’re method, unsurprisingly, has Nelson Cruz and Vladimir Guerrero as deserving to start. Cruz, in fact, has the best projected season so far and going forward of any outfielder on the list. Ian Kinsler is tied for second among second basemen, giving him a good case here to make it as a reliever, while Michael Young is third, but a distant third, at. . . third. Elvis Andrus, shockingly, is fifth at shortstop, but this is based on projections which were pretty down on him before the year. Finally, Josh Hamilton is second among left fielders, but not even top 10 among outfielders.
