TCU's BCS average is .926, trailing Auburn at .961 and Oregon at .964. Boise trails TCU by a wider margin this week at .866.
LSU is the highest one-loss team in the rankings, moving up to No. 5 with their victory over Alabama. With the strength of schedule for LSU and a possible SEC championship date, if Auburn loses twice, they could find themselves in the National Championship game.
Oregon only has one game remaining against a ranked opponent, coming on November 26 against Arizona. They travel to California this weekend and will end the season on the road against Oregon State.
Auburn will host unranked Georgia this weekend before traveling to Alabama to take on the Crimson Tide to end the regular season. A win against Georgia will clinch Auburn's berth in the SEC title game. This is could end up being pivotal and possibly allow Auburn to lose to Alabama but win the SEC title game and find themselves in the National Title game.
TCU has two remaining games against relatively weak opponents against San Diego State and New Mexico.
