Rangers Vs. White Sox Lineups: Mike Napoli Gets Day Off

The lineups are out for the final game of the three-game set between the Chicago White Sox and the Texas Rangers, an afternoon game before Texas flies back to Arlington for a home-stand that begins on Friday against the Minnesota Twins.

Ron Washington is giving Mike Napoli the day off at catcher, perhaps trying to minimize the number of day games he plays behind the plate. With Mitch Moreland still on the shelf, that gives Brandon Synder, a righty, the rare start at 1B against White Sox lefty Jose Quintana.

6. Nelson Cruz (R) RF

7. Brandon Snyder (R) 1B
