The Texas Rangers begin their series with the surprising Baltimore Orioles, who currently stand in first place in the AL East, on Monday night.

The starting lineups for game one have been announced, and here's a look at each side.

Texas:

1. Ian Kinsler, second base, R

2. Elvis Andrus, shortstop, R

3. Josh Hamilton, left field, L

4. Adrian Beltre, desginated hitter, R

5. Michael Young, first base, R

6. Nelson Cruz, right field, R

7. Mike Napoli, catcher, R

8. Brandon Snyder, third base, R

9. Craig Gentry, centerfield, R

Baltimore:

1. Robert Andino, second base, R

2. J.J. Hardy, shortstop, R

3. Nick Markakis, right field, L

4. Adam Jones, centerfield, R

5. Matt Wieters, designated hitter, S

6. Mark Reynolds, third base, R

7. Wilson Betemit, left field, S

8. Chris Davis, first base, L

9. Luis Esposito, catcher, R

Matt Harrison will oppose Brian Matusz on the mound.
