Thanks to the Jacoby Ellsbury injury, Lewis only has a lineup of two lefties to deal with -- Gonzalez and Ortiz -- as well as switch-hitting Saltalamacchia, who does unfortunately hit better from the left side.

With lefty Lester on the mound, it means another night off for David Murphy and Mitch Moreland. It also means the optimal defensive lineup, with Gentry starting in center.
