The Texas Longhorns lost another recruit when 2013 Lancaster, Texas defensive end Daeshon Hall decided to decommitt on Thursday from Texas to be closer to family in Seattle. Hall made a quick decision on Friday by deciding to in fact stay close to his one-time home and play for Washington.
Hall was still considering Texas, Texas A&M, Oregon, Notre Dame and USC. His decision to choose Washington was so that he could stay closer to family, and also that he loved it at the school.
This is a big blow to Texas because the 6-foot-6, 230-pound Hall has an NFL type body, is rated as a three-star defensive end by Rivals and is the No. 39 ranked player in the state of Texas.
