TCU hosts the Virginia Cavaliers on Saturday, as the Horned Frogs look to improve to 3-0 on the season.
TCU is coming off of a 20-6 win over the Kansas Jayhawks in TCU's inaugural game in the Big 12. TCU opened up the season with a 56-0 win over Grambling State.
Virginia, which also started out 2-0, fell on Saturday to the Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets, 56-20. The Cavaliers surrendered 461 rushing yards to Georgia Tech on 50 carries -- good for a 9.2 yards per carry average.
The Horned Frogs, meanwhile, have averaged 203.5 yards per game on the ground in their first two games of the season. Waymon James leads TCU with 168 yards on the ground, while Matthew Tucker has rushed for 100 of his own.
TCU quarterback Casey Pachall has impressed this year as well, completing 33-of-39 passes for 536 yards and five touchdowns.
TCU opens the week as 17½ point favorites over Virginia. The over/under for the game has not been set.
