The Alcorn State Braves blew out the Prairie View Panthers in their Thursday afternoon SWAC tournament game by a score of 103-79 in Garland, Texas. By winning, Alcorn State moves on to the next round where they'll face the Texas Southern Tigers in the semifinals.
The Braves were led by a 26-point performance by Kendrick McDonald and Kedorian Sullivan and Anthony Nieves each chipped in 16. Martrevious Sanders also came off the bench to add 12.
