The TCU Horned Frogs trail the Kansas State Wildcats, 10-0, after the first quarter of play in Fort Worth, and quarterback Trevone Boykin has left the game with an arm injury.

Boykin took a hit on a scramble late in the quarter and left the field holding his right arm near his shoulder area. Sophomore Matt Brown is now taking snaps for the Frogs.

The No. 2 Wildcats got going early on the arm of Collin Klein, playing despite a head injury last week left some question to his playing status tonight. On the first play of Kansas State's second possession, Klein connected withAllen Chapman for a 62-yard pass play that set the Wildcats up at the TCU 27-yard line. Klein capped the drive with three straight runs, the last of which a seven-yard jaunt for a touchdown.

A 31-yard Tremaine Thompson punt return set the Wildcats up with a 40-yard field on its next drive. After five plays netted only 16 yards, Anthony Cantele put through a 41-yard field goal for the 10-0 lead.

TCU was held to 71 yards of offense in the quarter.
