The Stars look to continue their perfect record at home hosting Pacific division rival Los Angeles.
Dallas is perfect at home early in this 2011-'12 season, so a three-game homestand for the 7-2 Stars could hand them one of the best records in the NHL after this weekend. Tonight they host the Los Angeles Kings, who had a four-game winning streak broken in a 3-0 loss to New Jersey on Tuesday. The game pits the Pacific Division's unexpected two best teams against each other.
If the Stars win tonight, it will be the franchise's 100th all-time win over Los Angeles, and could position Dallas to take possession of first place. Goalie Kari Lehtonen is a perfect 7-0-0 and giving up two goals or fewer in each start.
Game Date/Time: Thursday, October 27, 7:30pm CT
Venue: American Airlines Arena, Dallas, Texas
TV: FOX Southwest (Stars Local - Dallas)
Odds: Stars +100 to win, Kings -110 to win
