Mavericks Vs. Clippers Halftime Score: Dallas Struggling Against L.A., Trail 47-33

Stay connected for news and updates

This game is a key Western Conference game for playoff seeding as the Dallas Mavericks are trailing the Los Angeles Clippers by 1.5 games for home court advantage. However, after one half of play it does not look like the Mavericks will be gaining any ground tonight on the Clippers as they trail 47-33 at the half.

Dirk Nowitzki is leading the way for the Mavericks with 12 points on 5-of-8 shooting, but the rest of the team is not doing as well. As a team the Mavericks are shooting 35 percent from the field and only 2-of-12 from three-point range with the next leading scorer being Jason Terry who has five points.

The Clippers offense is a team effort as they are shooting 53 percent from the field and have four players with eight or more points with Blake Griffin leading the way with nines points and five rebounds.
