The Dallas Mavericks won't have to worry about Houston Rockets guard Kyle Lowry making any sort of miraculous comeback to play against them on Tuesday night, and Lowry said he might even be out for the remainder of the season.
Lowry told Jonathan Feigen of the Houston Chronicle that it is going to be a long road to recovery for him:
Kyle Lowry back at shootaround on Monday said he does not know if he will play again this season. Will be long road back after anti-biotics.

That is a bummer for the Rockets but it could change the dynamics of the bottom part of the Western Conference playoff spots, as Houston currently holds the No. 8 seed.
Dallas is only a game and a half ahead of Houston in the Southwest division, but if the Rockets continue to slide, the Mavericks could gain some separation from the division and state rival.
