The Dallas Mavericks allowed the Los Angeles Lakers to make 57 percent of their shots in the first half and trail 57-44 at halftime. The Lakers outscored the Mavericks 30-15 in the second quarter to help build their lead.
Jason Terry leads the Mavericks with 12 points and Dirk Nowitzki added 10 points on 4-13 shooting. Dallas didn't get much from anyone else offensively as Rodrigue Beaubois and Ian Mahinmi finished with six points each.
Kobe Bryant hit 6-12 shots in the first half for 15 points to lead the Lakers. Ramon Sessions came off the bench to score 12 points and hand out seven assists and he continues to look more and more comfortable on the court for the Lakers. Pau Gasol also scored 12 points on 6-7 shooting.
