Shawn Marion Injury: Mavericks Forward Is Game-Time Decision With Sore Knee

Stay connected for news and updates

The Dallas Mavericks could be without Shawn Marion for tonight's game against the San Antonio Spurs after the veteran forward sat out this morning's shootaround with a sore knee. Rick Carlisle says that Marion will be a game-time decision.

Marion has started all 45 games for the Mavericks this season and is averaging 11.2 points and 6.8 rebounds per game on 44 percent shooting. He is one of Dallas best defensive players and they will have a hard time replacing him if he is unable to suit up.
