2011 NBA Playoffs: Mavericks Anxious To Find Out If They Face Grizzlies Or Thunder

Stay connected for news and updates

The Dallas Mavericks could find if they'll be facing the Memphis Grizzlies or Oklahoma City Thunder as soon as Friday evening (8 p.m., ESPN)  in the next round of the 2011 NBA Playoffs.

Regardless of who his team will face in the Western Conference Finals, Mavs guard Jason Terry is just ready to start playing again after the long layoff.

"I'm definitely ready. I'm anxious. I'm ready," Terry told NBA.com's Sekou Smith on Friday. "We're interested to see what happens tonight, and whatever happens we'll finally know when we'll play. Not knowing is always tough. But after tonight we will know."

The Mavericks won't actually know who they are facing in the next round if the Grizzlies are able to pull out a victory to even the series at three games apiece, but it would make it a certainty that the next Dallas game would be Tuesday at 9 p.m. on ESPN.
