The Seattle Seahawks got some good news as starting running back Marshawn Lynch was able to fully participate in practice on Thursday, after being limited on Wednesday due to a back injury. Lynch is a key to the Seahawks offense being successful and having him in the lineup against the Dallas Cowboys is a must.
Starting tight end Zach Miler did not practice on Thursday, which was a downgrade from Wednesday where he was able to be practice on a limited basis. Miller has been limited with a foot injury.
