NFL Odds Week 2: Cowboys Vs. Seahawks

The Dallas Cowboys head to Seattle as mere three-point favorites following their opening day win over the New York Giants, a 24-17 victory that quieted many of the team's vocal critics. They'll have another tough test on their hands against the Seahawks.

Tony Romo led the Cowboys to the win with three touchdown passes in a masterful performance that saw his team do what they couldn't last year: hold onto a late lead against a good team. They'll face another aggressive and talented defense this Sunday, however -- one that boasts an even better secondary than the one faced against the Giants.

The improved Cowboys defense, meanwhile, will be taking on rookie Russell Wilson and elite running back Marshawn Lynch in another tough test for Rob Ryan's units.

The Seahawks, who narrowly lost 20-16 in Week 1 to the Arizona Cardinals, are supposed be getting receiver Golden Tate back from injury. The improved offense, combined with what many feel is one of the more hostile environments in the NFL, has likely been the reason for the line to shift from an open five-point favorite for the Cowboys to just three.
