2012 NFL Free Agency: Cowboys To Host Cortland Finnegan, According To Report
According to ESPN NFL Insider Tony Softli, the Dallas Cowboys are going to host Tennessee Titans free agent CB Cortland Finnegan, and are in a heated competition with the Rams, Buccaneers and a "surprise team":

Dallas is pursing both Finnegan and the Chiefs Brandon Carr, whom they are hosting on Tuesday, in an effort to shore up the glaring weakness that was the cornerback position for them last year.
Finnegan finished the 2011 season with 75 tackles, one sack, 11 broken up passes and one interception.
