The Dallas Cowboys were dealt another blow on the injury front following Sunday's win over the Philadelphia Eagles, as the team is reporting that defensive end Kenyon Coleman is out for the season with a torn triceps.

Nick Eatman of DallasCowboys.com reports that Coleman suffered the injury in the second quarter on Sunday and will likely require season-ending surgery for the torn muscle. Coleman had become a major part of the Cowboys defense and their primary run-stopper along the defensive line.

The defensive lineman joins Barry Church (torn Achilles) and Sean Lee (toe) as the third defensive starter to land on injured reserve this season. With Coleman gone for the season, the Cowboys will have to use a combination of Marcus Spears and Tyrone Crawford on the ends, with Sean Lissemore another option once he returns from a high-ankle sprain.

Coleman is in his second season with the Cowboys, reuniting with former coach Rob Ryan in 2011. The veteran had previously played with the Cowboys from 2003 to 2006, yet started just five games.
