The Buffalo Bills lost their starting kicker Rian Lindell after he suffered a shoulder injury (broken bone in shoulder) while trying to make a special teams tackle. So who have the Bills called on to save the day when field goals need kicking?
Dave Rayner, everybody. Dave Rayner.
Luckily for the Bills, they hope to not have to use Rayner that much. History shows that when they hit the red zone, they put it in the endzone. Per SanAntonio Express-News' Tom Orsburn:
Buffalo has scored a TD on 18 of its 28 red-zone possessions (64.3 percent). Only Tennessee is better (14 of 19, 73.7 percent).
Here is the Buffalo Bills Inactives LIst for week 10:
- LB Chris Kelsay
- K Rian Lindell
- CB Reggie Corner
- TE Mike Caussen
- OL Demetrius Bell
- CB Aaron Williams
- OL Sam Young
The Buffalo Bills will face the Dallas Cowboys at 1 p.m. ET in Cowboys Stadium.
