Felix Jones Injury: Cowboys RB Suffers Ankle Injury, Won't Return

Stay connected for news and updates

ESPN Dallas is reporting that Cowboys running back Felix Jones has suffered a sprained left ankle and won’t return to today’s game against the Patriots. Jones was playing in today’s game after suffering a dislocated shoulder against the 49ers two weeks ago.

Jones appeared to injure his ankle on a seven-yard reception during the Cowboys’ last drive before the half. In his absence DeMarco Murray has received the bulk of the carries for Dallas, assisted by Tashard Choice.
