Over the next two days, the Dallas Cowboys will bring in 30 "national" prospects for visits to their Valley Ranch training facility. Historically, the visiting list has been a pretty good indicator in the Cowboys level of interest in a prospect, as their last six first-round picks all came to North Texas before the draft.

The Fort Worth Star Telegram is reporting that Memphis DT Dontari Poe, Stanford OG David DeCastro and Alabama CB Dre Kirkpatrick will be among the players attending.

In an interview with the paper, Jerry Jones had nice things to say about Poe, whose impressive Combine performance has sent his stock skyrocketing in recent weeks:

"I'm impressed with him," Jones said. "I'm real impressed. I'm particularly impressed cause he looks like a nose [tackle] and has the skill and has some pass rush about him at the five technique. I'm impressed with him."

On Thursday and Friday, the Cowboys will have Dallas Pro Days for draft prospects who attended high school or college in the Dallas/Fort Worth area.
