NCAA Tournament 2012, Baylor Vs. Xavier: TV Schedule, Game Time And More

Baylor takes on Xavier Friday night at the Georgia Dome in Atlanta with a trip to the Elite 8 on the line.

Baylor and Xavier will open play in the Atlanta regional of the 2012 NCAA Tournament Friday night. Kentucky and Indiana will play in the nightcap.

Baylor's Perry Jones talked about the Bears' trip to the Sweet 16 and how it was important that they take advantage of the situation:

"Baylor's been talked down upon, and we want to show everybody that we are a basketball team that's capable of winning the championship, capable of winning games," he said. "A lot of guys question our toughness, our toughness inside, our toughness outside, everything. We just want to show everybody we're a tough team, and we can play with the best."

The Bears defeated South Dakota State and Colorado on their way to the Sweet 16. Xavier knocked off Notre Dame and Lehigh to earn their trip to Atlanta.
