The Texas Rangers continue their road trip with a four-game series against the Kansas City Royals.
The Texas Rangers started their 10-game road trip on a high note, winning two-of-three in Cleveland thanks to the hot bat of Adrien Beltre and the incredible debut of top-prospect Jurickson Profar. The Rangers now head to Kansas City for a four-game series against the Royals, looking to build upon their American League best 79-54 record.
The Royals have struggled for most of the season and are coming off a four wins in their past six games, losing a double-header against Minnesota on Saturday.
Probable pitchers for the series:
Monday, Sept. 3: RHP Yu Darvish (13-9, 4.31) takes on LHP Bruce Chen (10-10, 5.13) on Monday. First pitch is set for 1:10 p.m. CT with coverage on FSSW and ESPN Radio.
Tuesday, Sept. 4: LHP Matt Harrison (15-8, 3.30) faces RHP Jeremy Guthrie (3-3, 3.86).; first pitch is set for 7:10 p.m. CT, coverage on FSSW and ESPN Radio.
Wednesday, Sept. 5: RHP Ryan Dempster (4-1, 4.58) goes up against LHP Will Smith (4-7, 5.45); first pitch is set for 7:10 p.m CT with coverage on FSSW and ESPN Radio.
Thursday, Sept. 6: RHP Scott Feldman (6-11, 5.01) looks to rebound against RHP Luke Hochevar (7-13, 5.34); first pitch is set for 7:10 p.m. CT with coverage on FSSW, MLB Network and ESPN Radio.
