Despite that Baylor has lost a game in the Big 12 conference tournament to Oklahoma -- their fourth in a row to Oklahoma -- they are still expected to be a regional host as well as earning a national seed. There is still plenty of baseball this week with conference tournaments finishing up this weekend.
Hosting a regional is almost a given at this point but earning a national seed could require for Baylor to at least make it to the Big 12 tournament to feel safe about earning one of the eight coveted seeds. Currently Baylor is in an elimination game today against Kansas State, and if they win they get a chance at revenge against Oklahoma.
Getting past Oklahoma will be difficult since Baylor has struggled against them this season, but they need to beat Oklahoma twice if they want to make it to the Big 12 title game and improve their chances at earning a national seed.

As for the Bears' Big 12 Tournament prospects, it's unlikely that the Bears would lose the host bid under any circumstances, even an 0-2 showing in Oklahoma City. Baylor's RPI is currently fourth in the nation behind only Florida, Florida State and UCLA.
