The Cowboys and Steelers are tied at halftime in a crucial game.
Quarterback Tony Romo had an excellent first half for the Cowboys (7-6), completing 12 of 17 passes for 158 yards, one touchdown and zero interceptions. DeMarco Murray gained 62 yards on nine carries, and Miles Austin caught six passes for 66 yards.
Ben Roethlisberger was 13 of 25 for 163 yards and a touchdown for the Steelers (7-6) in the first 30 minutes. Tight end Heath Miller had six receptions for 85 yards and a score, and Chris Rainey and Jonathan Dwyer combined for 27 yards on seven carries.
The Cowboys opened the scoring with a 50-yard field goal from Dan Bailey at the 8:36 mark of the first quarter. Dallas extended its lead to 10-0 when Romo hooked up with tight end Jason Witten for a 17-yard touchdown early in the second.
However, the Steelers responded. Shaun Suisham put Pittsburgh on the board with a 32-yard field goal midway through the quarter, and Roethlisberger connected with Miller for a 30-yard score to tie the game with 34 seconds left in the half.
