After a crushing 29-24 loss to their arch-rival New York Giants, the Dallas Cowboys will set their sights on tarnishing the perfect record of the Atlanta Falcons.
In Week 9, the Dallas Cowboys will try to do what no other NFL team has done in 2012: knock off the Atlanta Falcons.
Dallas (3-4) has no margin for error, after dropping their Week 8 matchup against the New York Giants, 29-24. After a miracle touchdown catch by Dez Bryant was ruled incomplete, the Cowboys couldn't convert, and now have their work cut out for them against the Falcons (7-0) on Sunday night. Dallas ranks just 28th in the league in rushing (86 yards per game), but the Falcons run defense is mediocre (136.4 yards allowed per game), which could open up some opportunities for Cowboys quarterback Tony Romo as he guides the prolific Dallas passing attack.
