J'Covan Brown scored 14 points to help lead the Texas Longhorns to a 61-51 win over Texas A&M in the Aggies final trip to Austin.

Texas Vs. Texas A&M Final Score: Longhorns Downs Aggies 61-51

Texas did nothing to assist Texas A&M with their recent struggles sending the Aggies to its third straight loss 61-51. With the win, Texas improves to 2-1 in conference play and has won three of its last four games.

Julien Lewis hit all three of his three-point attempts on his way to 16 points off the bench to lead the Longhorns. J'Covan Brown made just 2-12 shots but went 10-10 at the free throw line to finish with 14 points. Clint Chapman chipped in 11 points and seven rebounds.

The Aggies got 19 points and 10 rebounds from Khris Middleton but shot less than 40 percent for the game and turned the ball over 17 times. Elston Turner chipped in 13 points while David Loubeau added 10 for the Aggies who fall to 9-6 and 0-3 in conference play.
