2011 Super Bowl: Nick Collins Receives IV
Nick Collins joined Charles Woodson and Sam Shields as members of the Packers secondary that were forced to the locker room in the first half. Collins reportedly was forced to the locker room to receive an IV.
Collins is the fourth Packers player to head to the locker room, joining the aforementioned defensive backs and Donald Driver.
