NFL 2010: Super Bowl, Playoff And Award Predictions

The staff here at SB Nation Dallas-Fort Worth look into our crystal balls and predict each division and wild card winner as well as the Super Bowl and player awards for the 2010 NFL season.

Sep 5, 2010 - With the NFL set to kick off this week, the staff here at SB Nation Dallas-Fort Worth have decided to post our fearless prediction for the upcoming season. There are many exciting storylines to follow this NFL season, both inside and outside of Dallas.

Of course, the Cowboys are looking to become the first team to host a Super Bowl and play in it. Quarterback Tony Romo's weapons in Austin Miles, Jason Witten and Dez Bryant have the Cowboys looking as if they'll have a potent offense - but will their offensive line hold up. Brett Favre's return to the Minnesota Vikings have them looking formidable but losing No. 1 receiver Sidney Rice might make things more difficult for Favre - especially with Aaron Rodgers and the Green Bay Packers ready to usurp Favre and the Vikings in the NFC North.

Former Cowboys diva Terrell Owens has teamed up with Chad Ochocinco in Cincinnati, which at the very least should provide some amusing antics no matter the Bengals fortunes. The AFC East looks to be a three team race, especially after New York Jets stud cornerback Darrelle Revis has ended his hold out.

With no further ado, here's how the staff here at SB Nation Dallas-Fort Worth sees the 2010 NFL season playing out. Feel free to use the comments section to let us know your predictions for the upcoming season - and who you think is wildly wrong or right and why.

I prefer a pitchers duel to a slugfest but rather see a shoot out than defensive struggle in football.

I still think Tim Lincecum and Tom Brady are underrated.

5 people picking the Cowboys to win it all?

Are you afraid of how you will look if they actually do well? It’s okay to pick against them.

It's not like...

we’ll receive death if our picks are incorrect. I’d rather have fun with the picks than just crown the Saints again.
